Where and when you began: Cincinnati, OH under Momentum Marketing Group, October 2017
Education: B.A. in Radio/ Television Communications with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Central Florida, Orlando Florida. Character, Beauty, & Special Effects Makeup Artistry from Makeup Designory in Burbank, CA
Marital Status/family status: Single
Personal Goal: Buy a house, maintain strong relationships with my family and friends, stay healthy, get back on my workout routine, travel, and see the world. Eventually, get married and raise a family of my own…when the time is right!
Professional Goal: To run a well-rounded, successful office, (not a huge office), but one that is consistent with duplicating top-performing leaders and top-performing events.
Short Term Business Goal: Consistently run 4-6 shows, promote an outside deal within the next 12 months…and become a Program Manager!
Long Term Business Goal: Promote more outside deals, help them reach their goals, and save $$$!
Claim to Fame (ie story from the field): Consistently high roll the nation with top one-on-one sales events, (especially JE, Thairapy, and Sheets).
What advice would you give to someone new: I was always one foot in and one foot out when I first started in the business. I wish I could go back with the mentality I have now because if I would have given it my all earlier on, it’s crazy to think about how much faster I could have grown. I never really thought I wanted to be an owner, or could for that matter…but you never know unless you try. So, why not? Get educated, put two feet in, set goals, and do WHATEVER IT TAKES to hit them!
Words to live by (favorite quote): I know it’s cliche, but I will always believe that everything happens for a reason, and what is meant to be, will be!
Zachary DePiore
Where and when you began: September 2022
Education: Ohio University, Bachelors of Science in Communication
Personal Goal: It’s always been a dream of mine to sell something I’ve written, whether is a story or a spec script! I want to do this in the next two years.
Professional Goal: Become a marketing manager in the Cincinnati/Dayton area! I’m hoping to eventually run enough successful events to where I’d be able to visit my out-of-state friends throughout the year!
Claim to Fame: I’ve been working at fifth set the longest out of anyone!
Words of advice to someone new: If you give this opportunity your all, great things will happen. You’ll never know what amazing things you can discover about yourself and just how much you can improve yourself if you don’t try. This is the perfect chance to explore what you’re made of, so take advantage of it!

Education: Pace University, Bachelors of Science in Communication
Professional Goal: Open a market in the Philadelphia area. I’m originally from Philadelphia, so opening up my own office there would be a dream come true.
Marital Status: Engaged

Words of advice to someone new: Ask questions and network! Grass is greener where you water it! Don’t get discouraged, push through!

Jessie Dotson
Jessie was raised in Mississippi with dreams of bigger things, went to college to pursue her first love of competitive soccer and along the way obtained a business marketing degree. After graduation, she migrated to Texas to grow in her new career path. She prospered through our management training program but decided to follow her new passion and became a national trainer for the entire charity division! Jessie loves helping people grow personally, professionally, and giving back to communities nationwide. She currently resides in Nashville, TN but you can find her in most major US cities doing community outreach for our non-profit partners!
