MANAGER IN TRAINING M.I.T.:

Once onboard, you will have to undergo a two-part process. One where you will attend our boardroom meeting from Tuesday through Friday. The training program is to prepare you for the ERM department role and guide you on handling different departments and divisions. Also, we have a new shadowing process that we are excited about: 

The next M.I.T. candidates will shadow different departments and follow various positions to get a 360-degree perspective of our business. The director/operator department position is a three-tiered role. So, a manager oversees other managers/supervisors.

At Fifth Set Marketing Group, Inc, we give much of our success to our marketing division’s strength. To build on this drive, we’re looking for a qualified Marketing Coordinator. From day one, the Marketing Coordinator will add to existing marketing programs while working on the development of new initiatives, followed by the company and clients’ goals. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker with an ability to manage multiple diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Secondly, we have our Campaign Manager, who is in charge of local sites. They can run up to three sites at a time. Campaign managers are supposed to handle all employees on-site, conduct coaching based on metrics coming in, and help out H.R. with onboarding and other tasks. Another part of CM phase training is the business-to-business reports with the on-site store management and staff from Fifth Set Marketing Group, Inc or at any other front end retail client site. Campaign managers cannot deal with situations emotionally. In this role, the person will be ranked based on their ability to manage and solve problems with logic and perseverance. As a campaign manager, they also handle multiple people and programs. Here the promotion of CM will depend on the ability to produce sales results for different clients.

Finally, we have an Assistant Regional Manager, also known as A.R.M. The Assistant Regional Managers determine the operational methods of all stores in the area, thereby ensuring each runs smoothly and meets the set budget and sales goals. The majority of this role takes place behind the scenes, overseeing payroll, scheduling, balancing profit vs. loss margins, and overall accountability to develop expansion opportunities. Our ideal applicant will have retail manager skills with a sharp business mindset.
